You Can Still Find a Budget Classic Ferrari!

Not all classic Ferraris cost an arm and a leg. Take the Ferrari Mondial for example, it can still be found for $20,000 to $35,000 in great condition. It's one of the few remaining Ferraris that classic car investors seem to have forgotten.

The Ferrari Mondial, produced from 1980 to 1993, was designed to be a more practical and affordable Ferrari compared to its predecessors. The name Mondial, which means "world" in French, was chosen to represent the car's ability to be driven and enjoyed anywhere in the world.

The Mondial was offered in both coupe and convertible versions, with the latter being the more desirable option for many buyers. The convertible top was easy to operate and provided an open-air driving experience that few other Ferraris of the era could match.

Under the hood, the Mondial boasted a mid-mounted 3.0-liter V8 engine that produced around 240 horsepower. While this may not seem like a lot by today's standards, it was more than enough to provide the car with plenty of performance and speed. The gated shifter was a unique feature of the Mondial, adding to the excitement and engagement of driving a true Ferrari.

Although the Mondial may have some quirks that are typical of cars from the 80s, it remains a classic Ferrari that is often overlooked by collectors and investors. This is good news for those who are looking to own a piece of Ferrari history without breaking the bank. With prices ranging from $20,000 to $35,000 for a well-maintained example, the Mondial is a great option for anyone who wants to experience the thrill of driving a Ferrari without the high cost of ownership.

And it's not like you're getting the short-end of the stick. You get a Ferrari V8, a gated shifter and the option to go convertible (who doesn't want a convertible Ferrari?).

As the result of being a child of the 80s, the Mondial also has some quirks of that era.

Like the abundance of buttons all across the dashboard and center console.

We're not sure what that blank button does, but it sure is clicky.
